تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق YAYOMS لنظام Android وموقعه yayoms.com. يدير التطبيق المطوّر yayoms app. لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية أو الدعم، يمكنك مراسلتنا على yayomsapp@gmail.com.

YAYOMS مشغّل وسائط وIPTV، وليس مصدرًا للمحتوى. لا ينتج أو يستضيف أو يبيع أو يوزّع أو يوفّر قنوات أو أفلامًا أو مسلسلات أو محتوى رياضيًا أو اشتراكات IPTV أو حسابات بث. أنت تختار مصدرًا متوافقًا تملك حق استخدامه. ولا يعني تسجيل الدخول إلى ذلك المصدر إنشاء حساب لدى YAYOMS؛ فلا يوجد في الإصدار الحالي حساب YAYOMS سحابي أو مزامنة لمكتبتك على خادم يديره المطوّر.

This policy describes the Android app YAYOMS, operated by the developer yayoms app, and its website yayoms.com. Contact privacy and support at yayomsapp@gmail.com.

YAYOMS is a media/IPTV player, not a content service. It does not produce, host, sell, distribute or supply channels, movies, series, sports content, IPTV subscriptions or streaming accounts. You choose a compatible source you’re authorized to use. Signing in to that source does not create a YAYOMS account: the current version has no YAYOMS cloud account or library synchronization to a developer-operated server.

للاتصال بمصدرك، تُدخل عنوان خادم المزوّد واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور. يرسل YAYOMS هذه البيانات وما يلزم لتسجيل الدخول وعرض المكتبة ودليل البرامج وتشغيل الفيديو مباشرة إلى المزوّد الذي اخترته. وقد تتضمن روابط التشغيل بيانات دخول في المسار أو الاستعلام، بحسب طريقة عمل المزوّد.

قد يأتي الفيديو أو الصور من خوادم أخرى يحددها المزوّد، وقد يعيد توجيه الطلبات إليها. تتلقى هذه الخوادم عنوان IP ومعلومات الاتصال والطلبات، بما فيها المورد الذي اخترته وبيانات المصادقة اللازمة. لا يمر هذا الاتصال عبر خادم محتوى أو حسابات تابع لـ YAYOMS.

لكل مزوّد وخدمة توصيل فيديو أو صور سياسة خاصة في استخدام البيانات والاحتفاظ بها. وقد يعالج مشغّل الإنترنت والبنية التحتية للشبكة معلومات الاتصال أيضًا. احرص على مراجعة سياسات مصدرك والتأكد من امتلاكك حق الوصول إلى محتواه.

To connect your source, you enter the provider’s server address, username and password. YAYOMS sends the login information and requests needed to show the library, program guide and video directly to that provider. Playback links may include credentials in their paths or queries, depending on the provider’s protocol.

Video and artwork may come from other servers chosen by the provider, including through redirects. Those servers receive your IP address and connection/request details, including the selected resource and any necessary authentication information. This connection does not pass through a YAYOMS account or content server.

Your provider and its delivery/artwork services apply their own privacy and retention policies. Your internet operator and network infrastructure may also process connection information. You are responsible for being authorized to access your source and its content.

تسجيل الخروج يزيل الجلسة النشطة وبيانات الدخول المحفوظة. لكنه لا يحذف حسابك لدى المزوّد أو جميع سجلات مكتبتك على الجهاز.

تُحفظ أسماء الملفات الشخصية ومعرّفات صورها الرمزية وأنواعها وإعدادات الوصول على الجهاز. لحماية الملفات والرقابة الأبوية، نحفظ بيانات تساعد على التحقق من PIN بدل حفظ الرمز نفسه كنص صريح. تُشتق هذه البيانات باستخدام PBKDF2 مع قيمة عشوائية إضافية (salt). ولا تُرسل هذه الرموز إلى خادم حسابات YAYOMS.

تحتفظ قاعدة بيانات محلية على جهازك (Room) بالمفضلة وسجل المشاهدة والقنوات الأخيرة ومواضع التشغيل ومتابعة المشاهدة وإعدادات فئات الملفات والرقابة الأبوية وذاكرة دليل البرامج المؤقتة. وتُحفظ عمليات البحث الأخيرة واللغة وتفضيلات التشغيل محليًا أيضًا. وقد تُخزّن الصور مؤقتًا لتسهيل عرضها.

لا يشفّر التطبيق قاعدة البيانات والتفضيلات العادية بشكل منفصل؛ تعتمد حمايتها على عزل تطبيقات Android وأمان جهازك. ولا تُستخدم هذه السجلات لإنشاء نسخة سحابية لمكتبتك أو مزامنتها بين الأجهزة.

You choose whether to enable Remember Login. When enabled, server credentials and session data are saved in app-private preferences, encrypted with AES-GCM using an Android Keystore key. If you leave it off, this feature doesn’t save your login permanently; the active session stays in memory while in use.

Signing out removes the active session and remembered login details. It does not delete your provider account or every record in your local library.

Profiles store their names, built-in avatar identifiers, types and access settings locally. Profile protection and parental controls use salted PBKDF2 PIN-verification data instead of a plain-text PIN. These PINs are not submitted to a YAYOMS account server.

A local database on your device (Room) stores favorites, viewing history, recent channels, playback positions, Continue Watching, profile/parental category settings and a program-guide cache. Recent searches, language and playback preferences are stored in local preferences. Artwork may also be cached on your device.

The database and ordinary preferences are not separately encrypted by the app; their protection relies on Android’s app sandbox and device security. These records are not a cloud-library backup or a cross-device synchronization service.

يدعم التطبيق Google Play Billing للتحقق من المنتجات والملكية واستعادة المشتريات ومعالجة الشراء لمرة واحدة، في حال إتاحة الشراء عبر Google Play. لا يعني ذلك توفير اشتراك لدى مزوّد محتوى، ولا يضيف محتوى إلى التطبيق. هذا توضيح لطريقة التعامل مع البيانات، وليس إعلانًا عن مزايا مدفوعة.

تتولى Google معلومات الدفع وفق شروطها، ولا يصل رقم بطاقتك إلى YAYOMS. يعالج التطبيق حالة الشراء والإقرار به واستعادة الملكية باستخدام حساب Google Play الحالي. تبقى رموز الشراء في الذاكرة للعمليات اللازمة ولا يحفظها YAYOMS بشكل دائم.

قد يحتفظ التطبيق بطابع زمني مشفّر للملكية لمدة تصل إلى 72 ساعة للتعامل مع تعذّر الاتصال مؤقتًا. ومسح بيانات التطبيق لا يحذف سجل مشترياتك ومعاملاتك لدى Google.

يستخدم تشغيل الأفلام والحلقات محرك Cronet الذي توفره خدمات Google Play، مع مسار بديل عند عدم توفره. يستخدم البث المباشر مسار النقل الافتراضي الحالي. توجد أيضًا مكتبات دعم ونقل بيانات من Google. قد تعالج خدمات Google وCronet معلومات تشغيلية ومعلومات الجهاز والشبكة وفق الخدمة والإعدادات وسياسات Google. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وإفصاحات خدمات Google Play؛ صفحة الإفصاحات الأساسية لا تغطي كل مكتبات Google.

تتعامل Retrofit وOkHttp مع واجهة المزوّد، وتجلب Coil الصور من العناوين التي يحددها الكتالوج، وتطلب Media3 الوسائط. لا يوجد حاليًا دمج من المطوّر لعرض الإعلانات أو حزمة إعلانات أو Firebase Analytics أو Crashlytics. لا يعني غياب تحليلات المطوّر أن المزوّد أو البنية التحتية لـ Google لا يتلقى أي بيانات.

The app supports Google Play Billing to check products and ownership, restore purchases and handle one-time purchases if purchasing is made available through Google Play. This does not supply a content-provider subscription or add content to the app. This is a data-practices explanation, not a promotion of paid benefits.

Google handles payment information under its own terms. YAYOMS does not receive your card number. The app processes purchase states and acknowledgements and restores ownership using the current Google Play account. Purchase tokens are used in memory for Billing operations, not saved persistently by YAYOMS. An encrypted local ownership timestamp may support temporary unavailability for up to 72 hours. Clearing app data does not delete Google’s transaction records.

Movies and episodes use a Cronet engine supplied through Google Play services, with a fallback when unavailable. Live playback uses the current default transport. Google support and data-transport libraries are also included. Google services and Cronet may process operational, device and network information depending on the service, configuration and Google’s policies. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Play services disclosures; the core disclosure page does not cover all Google libraries.

Retrofit and OkHttp handle provider API communication, Coil retrieves artwork from catalog-specified addresses, and Media3 requests media. The current app has no developer-integrated ad display, advertising SDK, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics service. Absence of developer analytics does not mean provider or Google infrastructure receives no data.

عند استخدام HTTPS، تُفحص الشهادات بالطريقة المعتادة في النظام والمكتبات، ولا يتجاوز التطبيق هذه الفحوص بقبول جميع الشهادات. بعض المصادر المتوافقة تعمل عبر HTTP بدلًا منه. في هذه الحالة، يعرض التطبيق تنبيهًا ويطلب موافقتك على المخاطر قبل إرسال بيانات الدخول إلى الخادم لأول مرة.

لا توجد وسيلة تضمن الأمان بالكامل. احمِ جهازك، واحتفظ بكلمات المرور وPIN وروابط التشغيل التي تحتوي على بيانات دخول لنفسك.

HTTPS uses the normal platform/library certificate checks. The app does not configure a trust-all certificate bypass. Some compatible sources use HTTP instead of HTTPS, with a warning and your risk acknowledgement before the first credential transmission to that server.

No system provides an absolute security guarantee. Secure your device and do not share passwords, PINs or playback links containing credentials.

تبقى بيانات مكتبتك على الجهاز إلى أن تمسحها من الأدوات المناسبة أو تعيد ضبط تخزين التطبيق في Android. لا تُحذف كل سجلات المكتبة تلقائيًا بعد مدة موحّدة.

• من الإعدادات، يمكنك مسح المفضلة أو سجل المشاهدة أو متابعة المشاهدة للملف الحالي، كلًّا على حدة. ويمكنك أيضًا حذف عمليات البحث الأخيرة أو مسحها.
• حذف ملف غير افتراضي يزيل سجلاته المحلية المرتبطة. القنوات الأخيرة محدودة بـ 20 لكل ملف. وقد تختفي العناصر المكتملة من متابعة المشاهدة مع بقائها في السجل.
• للبدء من جديد، افتح إعدادات Android ← التطبيقات ← YAYOMS ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات/التخزين. سيُعاد ضبط جميع البيانات المحلية. عادةً يحذف إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق ملفاته الخاصة أيضًا. أما تسجيل الخروج فلا يمسح المكتبة بالكامل.

تستبعد قواعد النسخ الاحتياطي ونقل الجهاز قاعدة البيانات وبيانات الدخول المحفوظة وملفات تفضيلات الملفات الشخصية والبحث والأمان والملكية الحساسة؛ قد تبقى بعض الإعدادات العادية مؤهلة للنسخ الاحتياطي في Android.

لحذف حساب المزوّد أو بياناته، تواصل مع المزوّد. تتحكم Google في سجلات المعاملات والمشتريات عبر خدماتها. لا يقدّم YAYOMS حذف حساب سحابي لا يستضيفه. للأسئلة أو طلبات الخصوصية، راسلنا على yayomsapp@gmail.com. لا يمكن للدعم الوصول إلى سجلات التطبيق المحلية أو مسحها عن بُعد؛ استخدم عناصر التحكم على جهازك.

Local records remain until removed through the relevant controls or Android’s app-storage reset. There is no universal automatic expiry for every library record.

• Settings includes separate controls to clear the current profile’s favorites, history and Continue Watching. Recent searches can be removed or cleared.
• Deleting a non-default profile removes its associated local records. Recent channels are limited to 20 per profile. Completed items may leave Continue Watching while remaining in history.
• Reset all local app data through Android Settings → Apps → YAYOMS → Storage → Clear storage/data. Uninstalling normally removes app-private files. Logout is not a full-library deletion command.

Android backup and device-transfer rules exclude the database, remembered login and sensitive profile, search, security and ownership preference files. Some ordinary settings can still be eligible for Android backup.

Request provider account or data deletion from your provider. Google controls its purchase and transaction records through its services. YAYOMS does not offer deletion of a cloud account it does not host. Contact yayomsapp@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. Support cannot access or remotely erase your local app records; use the controls on your device.

YAYOMS غير مصمّم أو موجّه للأطفال. اختيار المصدر ومراجعة ملاءمة ما يُعرض مسؤولية الشخص الذي يستخدم التطبيق ويضبط ملفاته.

تساعد الملفات المنزلية وملف الأطفال والقيود الأبوية المحلية على تنظيم الوصول، لكنها لا تراجع محتوى المصادر الخارجية ولا تضمن مناسبته للأطفال. وجودها لا يعني اعتماد التطبيق ضمن Google Play Families. على البالغ الذي يضبط الملفات اختيار المحتوى المصرّح والمناسب والإشراف عليه.

YAYOMS is not designed for or directed to children. The person using the app and setting up its profiles is responsible for choosing a source and reviewing content suitability.

Household profiles, the Kids profile type and local parental restrictions help manage access. They do not review third-party content or guarantee its suitability for children, and do not represent Google Play Families certification. The adult setting up profiles must select and supervise authorized, suitable content.

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع تحليلات أو متتبعات أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط أو نماذج تجمع المعلومات. الخطوط والصور والملفات تُحمّل من الموقع نفسه. اختيار اللغة موجود في عنوان الصفحة، ولا يُحفظ في ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو التخزين المحلي.

عند استضافة النسخة العامة على GitHub Pages، قد تعالج GitHub معلومات تشغيلية مثل عنوان IP وتفاصيل الطلب لتقديم الموقع وحمايته، وفق سياسة خصوصية GitHub. لم نضف أدوات تتبّع للموقع.

عند مراسلة الدعم بالبريد، نتلقى عنوان بريدك وما تختار إرساله لمعالجة طلبك والرد عليه؛ وقد تبقى المراسلات حسب الحاجة للمتابعة وحل المشكلة. تتم معالجة البريد عبر Gmail وفق سياسات Google. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو PIN أو رموز شراء أو روابط تتضمن بيانات دخول. يمكنك التواصل لطلب حذف مراسلات الدعم؛ قد تنطبق متطلبات قانونية للاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات.

This website uses no analytics, trackers, cookies or information-collection forms. Fonts, images and files are served from the site itself. Your language choice is in the page URL, not saved in cookies or local storage.

When the public site is hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub may process operational information such as IP addresses and request details to serve and secure the site under GitHub’s privacy statement. We have not added website tracking tools.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send to handle your request and respond. Correspondence may be retained as needed for follow-up and issue resolution. Email is processed through Gmail under Google’s policies. Do not send passwords, PINs, purchase tokens or links containing credentials. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; legal retention obligations may apply to some records.
